THE WING TOKYO 2025:
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended THE WING TOKYO 2025 and made it such a resounding success. We also extend our deepest thanks to our amazing speakers and all those involved in making this event possible.
The conference was a vibrant gathering of enthusiastic individuals from both Japan and the United States, all united by a passion for the future.
This year’s theme, “The Best Way to Work, the Happiest Way to Live,” brought together Japanese business leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as special guests from the United States and Bhutan, and a professor from Temple University. We had the opportunity to dive deep into discussions on topics like the meaning of IKIGAI and how to tackle societal challenges. The sessions included:
- Deepening the Concept of IKIGAI: A discussion on the Japanese concept of “purpose in life.”
- Learning from Bhutan, the Happiest Country in the World: Insights into “true work-life balance.”
- Future Talent Development: A discussion with educators and experts.
- Case Studies in Social Contribution: Business leaders and entrepreneurs shared their initiatives.
- Building a Legacy for the Next Generation: Discussions on social contribution.
It was truly a pleasure for us to see the innovative ideas, the commitment to solving social issues, and the enthusiastic exchange of ideas among all the participants. We sincerely hope that this conference provided you with new perspectives and inspired new actions.
The Wingston Japan Foundation will continue its various activities to contribute to the betterment of society. We appreciate your continued support.
